Create an account on the NexusWEB portal and fill out the online application form with your personal and educational details.

Submit Requirements
Upload clear scanned copies of your admission requirements (Form 138, Good Moral, Birth Certificate) through the portal.

Entrance Examination
Wait for your schedule for the entrance examination and interview. Instructions will be sent via email.

Enrollment
Upon passing, proceed to the enrollment section in the portal to choose your subjects and secure your slot.

- Original Form 138 (Report Card)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate
- 2x2 ID Pictures (White Background)
