By creating an account on Nexus Capstone Management System (nexuscapstone.me) or logging in via Google OAuth 2.0, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
Access to the Nexus portal is restricted exclusively to currently enrolled undergraduate students, appointed faculty advisers, capstone coordinators, defense panelists, and academic administrators of Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College of Las Piñas (DFCAMCLP) – IT Campus. You must provide truthful, verifiable institutional information including your official School/Faculty ID.
All capstone deliverables, thesis manuscripts, presentation materials, and code repositories submitted through Nexus must represent original scholarly works authored by the registered student project team. Plagiarism, falsification of data, unauthorized code copying, or academic dishonesty will result in disqualification and referral to the College Disciplinary Board.
Students retain primary intellectual property rights and moral ownership of their original software designs and thesis research. By submitting documents through Nexus, students grant DFCAMCLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free academic license to store, review, archive, and display the deliverables for educational evaluation and institutional accreditation purposes.
When authenticating via Google, you authorize Nexus to access basic identification scopes (openid, email, profile). Nexus adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The administration reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate portal integrity, cyber security policies, or student codes of conduct. For inquiries, contact info@dfcamc-it.edu.ph.

We implement SSL/TLS 1.3 HTTPS encryption for all in-transit communications and Bcrypt cryptographic hashing for stored passwords. Academic capstone records are retained in compliance with institutional guidelines and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) archiving policies.
You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal records by contacting the administrator at info@dfcamc-it.edu.ph. You may also revoke Nexus's access to your Google account at any time through Google Account Security Permissions.
